BECCI Engineers very good and solid background on HVIC (High Voltage IC) and Gate driver devices. We been doing current development with customers for HVIC devices since 2003. These devices include MOSFET/IGBT Gate Drivers (half bridge, full bridge, high & low side drivers). We developed is a 600V High/Low Side Gate Driver and low side gate drivers and we had developed test solutions (software and hardware) on our own. These are dual site and most are direct dock hardware setups to Rassco handlers.

We also do High Voltage testing for other customer devices up to 1200 V @ 200 amps and we have work with local Tester company to supply Hi Volatage box.
